I live in Eastover which is a little farm community located between Columbia and Sumter. However I work as a police officer in the City of Columbia.

I try not to eat the calories ... I assumed that would help me loose faster. Am I wrong?

Thanks ... just did that and it reduced my calories by about 2oo. I have also had people say that the soda is killing me so I will cut that back to one a day.

I feel your pain ... the scales have not moved in for ever .... but every night when I finish my food diary it says I sould be loosing weight.

You should just change up your work out and trick your body ... but never go below 1200 calories!

I just finished my very first 5 K .... my wife and I both did it. What a great goal and we both lost of 30 lbs on our journey from the couch. Every foot is different and know can send you an email and tell you what shoe to buy. My advice would be to do what we did. We went to a local running store and had our foot fitted…

For me it is having someone to do it with you. My wife and I now take out date time to the gym and she gets up in the morning to run with me. She calls me and I her to make sure we are staying on the plan. You need to have someone that is working with you ... accountability!

I am sure you will be able to push threw it ... the same thing happened to me and I ended up being to the front end of a bad cold ... just stay focused and you can make it!

I try to wiegh myself twice a week on Monday and Thursdays ... the Monday weigh in keeps me honest over the weekend and the Thursday weigh in helps make sure that I have not got off target while at work. When I am home my wife makes sure I do not stray towards the cookie jar!

Any weight loss is good in my book, but I to would have thought it would be a little more. Have you been staying under your calorie goal and drinking at least 8 glasses of water.
