Wow! You have done an amazing job!

If you backtrack to the original blog, the recipe inventor mentions making them successfully with 3/4 c sugar or 1/2 cup sugar.

Has anyone tried these? http://www.foodie.com/recipes/3-ingredient-peanut-butter-cookies It's a cookie made with only PB, egg and sugar. I have celiac disease, so I'm really tempted to try these.

My favorite omelets are: cheddar and asparagus. Cut fresh asparagus up into small pieces and blanch in boiling water and then drain before putting in the omelet. Avocado, and tomato. Add them both after the egg is essentially cooked, with just enough time to warm them, otherwise it gets watery. Broccoli slaw also makes a…

I'm trying some of these recipes!

I put whey powder in cappuccinos. I think it makes them taste more "milky" but it really ups the protein content.

Congratulations, that is a fantastic weight loss. You look great!

I had been using the Wii game a lot, but fell off the Zumba band wagon during a 30 day challenge in April. I wanted to start again in May, but first I was sick and now I'll be out of town until Tuesday night. Is the new one with the step block a Wii game or DVD?

Great job!

That 25-30 g of sugar sounds like the WHO proposed "free" sugar recommendation. Think of "free" sugar as the sugar added to foods in the forms of sugars or syrups. Remember that in this case "free" is not good. So the sugar in the raisins and the apples doesn't count as free sugar. If you added sugar to your cheerios, that…

The Bonefish Grill Macadamia Nut Brownie shocked me. 1348 calories! I convinced everyone at dinner to share it with me, because I desperately wanted a desert that wasn't crème brûlée. (I have celiac disease so on the rare occasion when I can have a desert at a restaurant, it's almost always crème brûlée. If you had told me…

You look fantastic. I'm so sorry your family said those things. Any doctor would tell you that you are at an ideal weight, being as you are in the middle of the normal weight range, so if they ever say anything again, just say "My doctor says this a good weight for me."

I was diagnosed with Celiac and I don't see how a self-imposed elimination diet can help if you do have Celiac, because the cross contamination issues are so hard to deal with. I was sick for a good four months after being diagnosed, and I was sure there was no gluten in my diet. (I was wrong). I really do recommend going…

Amazing job! Congratulations!

Congratulations. That is an awesome transformation!

I'm not the OP, but I love this body weight exercise site: http://www.startbodyweight.com It has progressions for the body weight exercises, so you have a good starting point if you can't do a push-up or a pull-up, or a . . .

Awesome job! Congratulations. You are looking great. I know how important it is to cross over that line. Obese to overweight is one of my major milestones, but I'm still almost 20 pounds away from that goal.

I'd like to join. My first choice is Gryffindor.

And I was just wondering how to get more beef in my diet!

I like to have herbal chocolate teas at night if I am craving chocolate. They have no calories as far as I can tell. That often takes care of the urge to have dessert by itself. Also if I am really feeling the urge to eat some sweet thing high in calories, I like to do a little exercise first. If after exercising, you…

I search the database for something similar from a chain restaurant.

I use mine daily. It's funny, I've weighed my dogs food for years and often, while visiting relatives, someone would take umbrage on behalf of the dogs and angrily ask "How would you feel if someone weighed everything you ate?!". Well, now I could answer that with "It's the best thing that ever happened to me!" And I will…

I love Indian food. I'd love to try this recipe!

My favorite cabbage recipes are: Shredded and fried in sesame oil, topped with toasted sesame seeds Shredded and fried in olive oil. Martha's Cabbage stew, which is a ground beef, kidney bean, cabbage stew recipe that was in American Profile years ago: Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 3 medium onions, finely chopped 1/2…

Take your favorite flavored packet and re-create it with real ingredients. Use maple syrup, cinnamon, brown sugar, fresh berries, cream, bananas, etc. I used do that all the time when I switched from the packets to real oatmeal. And then I started mixing a combination of pecans, walnuts, almonds, craisins, dried…

Don't feel guilty! It looks like you were consistently under the rest if the week. I like to keep my weekly average below my goal, it allows me to save up calories for a special occassion. Don't starve yourself today. Work out and have a lower than normal calorie dinner.

My goal is to keep my weekly average below my daily limit. That way I can have a bad day or a meal out during the week and still come in below my average by eating slightly below on most days. Don't beat yourself up. Just keep going.
