i eat carbs, protein and a small amount of healthy fats 1.5hrs before lifting. and carbs/protein post lifting. usually fish and sweet potato and then chicken and brown rice. something like that

cottage cheese is one of those foods you can make salty or sweet. you can put it in a sweet protein shake or have it with some salt and pepper and avocado. experiment!

promax protein bars are good (the low sugar ones) quest protein bars. also dried fruit and nuts or rice cakes and a nut butter

im the same way. now that im in comp prep i have to do HIIT 3times a week. the first day was so lame but now it goes by super fast. i do it on the stairmaster. also, i downloaded some new tunes so im excited to do HIIT cause i get to listen to new music

i drink optimum nutrition aminos and take a green tea extract pill. 30mins before workout. i also eat chicken and sweet potato 1.5hrs before my workout

if youre under you will not gain any weight at all. the weight gain happens when youre over. doesnt matter time of day

if your heart rate is high then youre probably burning that much. if you could hold a convo during the time youre on the elliptical then subtract 100cals from the burn. thats usually how it was for me

my hairdresser told me i could scrub my head like i would if i was shampooing. also, dry shampoo is the bomb! big sexy hair makes a great one. but if ya dont wanna be spendy treseme isnt bad either. its great for styling too

get some food you can keep in your dorm/room. so you can have breakfast as it is pretty important. also maybe try having more calories. that will boost your metabolism

just sayin it wont make you smaller 100% of the time. but if youre a bigger person. you'll get smaller

i mix in coconut oil and blueberries. sometimes a tiny bit of protein powder. also if you cook it with an egg white or two it makes the oatmeal fluffier

im 112 lbs and bench 125 for reps. do i look bulky? i leg press 600lbs for reps. and shoulder press 40lbs i;m not gonna go on. but the real changes happen outside of your comfort zone. get to liftin! more muscle mass = more calorie burn (just laying around) muscles are the answer!! ;)
