if youre in a deficit you will not gain weight. eating RIGHT before bed might give you a stomach ache or youll be uncomfortable. but you shouldnt gain fat/weight over night. i eat before bed every night

whenever you want one. try to get one in after a workout, and pair it with some carbs. such as fruit, rice, rice cakes, oatmeal..or whatever

i do cardio in the morning and lift at night. i eat about 1.5hrs before i do cardio/lift. i drink about 1gallon or more a day. annd i eat oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast. with honey. yeah egg whites with honey, but its good!

nothin wrong with peanut butta! you can try PB2 if youre worried about calories.

gyms usually have one. its just a big roll of foam and you roll your legs (awkwardly) on it. but it really helps. google, foam rolling for muscles

i like to mix plain, nonfat greek yogurt with protein powder and sugar free jello mix and pop it in the freezer for a little bit. then topping with microwaved fruit.

add a little at a time, like 10g a meal. maybe 20 but thats a lot. really its whatever youre comfortable with. after my competition i was around 180 and i had to slowly make my way back up to 225g of carbs. its taken about 3weeks

i mix mine with sugar free jello powder and protein powder. and stevia if needed, not usually tho. i pop it in the freezer for a bit and have it as dessert every night ETA: spelling
