You're not alone! I get in the habit sometimes of weighing every morning too to try and check progress... more often than not it ends up being discouraging to check in that often, just gotta be happy if the big picture is changing for the better!

I've been eating a lot of rice lately, either brown or a wild medley, and I've found it's really good with an over-easy egg mixed in and some smoked salmon if you've got it!

Female, age 23 5'2" 243lbs I'm trying to lose 75lbs just for starters! I eat anywhere between 1600-2100 calories a day I try to do SOME kind of exercise every day, whether it be taking a walk, running in place, squats, crunches, etc...!

I think you were beautiful before too, but wow, great job! You look completely different, dedication really pays off! I'm also ~5'1 and looking to lose quite a bit, it's crazy how the body transforms when you change your habits! Also seconding that you look great with dark hair!
