I don't think it's ever bad to cheat as long as it's in moderation...I'm not speaking from experience though lol....I don't do moderation very well but it's good advice ;)

My calorie goal is 1200 as well and I just don't think it's right. First of all, it's incredibly hard to only eat 1200 cal's a day and I honestly think by eating that little, my body will go into starvation mode but my worst scare is that if I'm only eating that many calories, I will gain it all back when I reach my ideal…
