Friday QOTD ~ The worst weight loss advice someone has given me is to have gastic bypass surgery. It works great for some people, but I know that I am better off exercising and eating healthy to lose weight.

Wednesday QOTD ~ My second favorite weight loss tool (after MFP) is my jogging shoes. A good pair of shoes makes it easier and more comfortable to walk, jog, and do other workouts.

Yes! Count the Crystal Light as water. It helps me get enough water in to add CL powder to my water. Sometimes I throw a lemon wedge in my ice water too. Variety makes it easier.

Thursday QOTD ~ supplements I just take a multivitamin every day to make sure I get all of the vitamins I need. Friday QOTD ~ food I can't live without ICE CREAM!!!

Wed. QOTD ~ favorite workouts I like to walk/jog (mostly walk at a quick pace with short bursts of jogging) outside when the weather is nice. When I have to exercise inside I like the elliptical, it is a great workout.

Tuesday QOTD I love beaches, oceans, and mountains! The beaches in Alabama, Florida, and New Jersey are beautiful. I have also enjoyed spending time in the Rocky Mountains, Grand Teton Mountains, and Sawtooth Mountains. I would love to vacation in Hawaii, so I could see beaches and mountains in the same place. ;)
