I pass out and have even had seizures bottoming-out. Diagnosed over and over again since I was 7years old. --It cal easily be controlled by eating well and often :happy: Keep snacks like nuts and granola bars around. Carbs and protein are your friends! Last episode when I was still transitioning to eating healthy. .

Just the post I needed to read. My first two weeks I lost 3.3 and 4.1 pounds. It was great but then I lost only .7 in the 3rd week. It was a little diassapointing at first but then I remembered I am in a marathon, not a sprint. All the best for you and your studies. :drinker:

I think the best thing to eat for breakfast is LUNCH. I have never been that big of a breakfast foods fan and most are just filled with added sugar that just leave me hungry. So I have just been eating leftovers from the fridge.

It sounds like your body is flourishing with better nutrition. Just think about how things are improving on the inside too. :bigsmile:

I have never done the workout for 30 days straight but I occassionally do Level 2 when I only have 20 minutes. It is an excellent use of the time. Very thankful that you can set the audio option to play music over Jillian's voice. :noway:

I recently replaced my traditional oatmeal or cereal with a meal to limit my sugar intake. This morning I had Chicken, Cous Cous, and Cauliflower. It seems to give me more pep too

Breakfast patties Whatever leftover protein is in fridge (Salmon, Chicken, turkey,etc) Whatever leftover starch is in the fridge (brown rice, quinoa,etc) Cheese Egg Mix together and form into patties and place in non-stick till golden serve with egg over easy on top
