I want to be comfy in my skin again. I'm not trying to base it on the numbers right now. I want to be able to look in the mirror and think " That's not too bad"

I think you're dong great! 5lbs in 4 weeks when you dont have much to lose is brilliant. I'm no expert on food and BMR etc so I can't really comment. If it's coming off and you aren't starving yourself then :drinker:

Losing, I log daily (even naughty days like yesterday oops) and I weigh almost daily (you've just reminded me to change the batteries in my scales thanks) and I measure when the scales dont reflect my hard work :tongue:

I love my morning workouts too but...if I cant get to the gym in the morning for some reason I go later on too. I've heard so much conflicting advice about when is best but I figure "I'm moving" when I move doesn't matter really as long as I move :happy:

I really do try not to focus too much on the numbers but the idea of throwing out my scales terrifies me. Last time I did that I spiralled out of control. The scales help keep me accountable :ohwell:

I'm a SAHM now. I was made redundant after having my youngest. Before her I worked part time but my husband and I decided that as long as we are financially able I will stay at home. When my kids go full time to school I'll look into finding a term time (hopefully) job.

I never actually mean to workout without having breakfast sometimes it just happens. Getting 3 little ones ready for school in the morning and then remembering to sort myself out can be a little time consuming. I grabbed some homemade granola after the workout today with some yoghurt. Right so having a plan is better than…
