Youtube has great ones. I actually have subscribed to health Magazine and they have some great 10 minute full body workouts that you can do.

I work overnight and it can be a bit hard. I usually bring a fresh made salad from home as the main course. Fish is easy and quick meat to make when you are pressed for time.
