One of my favorites is black bean brownies. Just replace the wet ingredients (oil and eggs) in any packaged brownie mix for 1 pureed can of black beans. They turn out really fudgy and you can't taste the beans at all. http://www.skinnytaste.com/2008/06/black-bean-brownies-2-pts.html
