I'm not sure I truly believe in the numbers we get from the calculators anyway. At 64 years of age and 6 feet tall, the BMR calculator says that I have a BMR of just over 1700. When I add in the 240 minutes per week of moderate exercise I try to get, it adds another 500 calories a day or so. So how come the goals page…
