Don't feel overwhelmed! I'm sure many of us have tried and failed many times (I know I have). All you can do is try your best. If you have a bad day, tomorrow is a new one......get up & start over again :)

Wow....thanks for all the feedback! It seems like the GW of 117 was right compared to all of your #'s. I guess I just can't ever imagine weighing that little, so it was kind of mind boggling to me. One thing to mention, I've only lost 7.5 lbs so far, but today a co-worker of mine did comment on the loss. That felt great!…

I have a lot of weight to lose, so right now I'm finding it pretty easy. I have my goal set for 117.5 right now, so maybe when I get closer to that number it will get a little harder.
