Hello. I have had sleep paralysis for yrs. No hallucinations but it feels like you are locked in, the only difference is that you cannot hear those awake. You feel you "MUST" wake, and you beg those in your dream to wake you, then just BAM, your awake, but scred to go asleep. It usually does not happen to me more than once…
