I've used the women's multi-vitamin pack from GNC but it made me sick to my stomach and I stopped using it. I've switched to the one-a-day energy multivitamin and have no complaints. I've been energized and gives me my vitamins - I've used the womens one-a-day as well and have no complaints.

Well I guess we both just have to keep at it.

Whoot - whoot! Bless you Jfearn64. Can't see your face but I'll guess 34 by the body :)

I've heard what Hilary75 wrote and it's pretty effective for me. My gym trainer says for you to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Concentrating on breathing sometimes makes it more difficult for me but, apparently, if you control your breathing you will be able to breath better, get oxygen throughout…

Could be you get extra comfortable and let other tasks take priority over maintaining your weight and health. I made it a goal not to gain weight like one usually sees because maintaining my appearance and health is a huge priority.

LMAO... kinda fitting, though.

OMG - this is good. lol

I LOVE BACON!!!! I love it, love it, love it! Sorry, I had to mention that. But yep, I'll do eggs and bacon (along with a couple other things) for breakfast. I just LOVE bacon!

Great job! Very inspiring.

Yep, when I was in grade school and I believe it for a while, also. Then I got older and grew into my own and by high school I was more comfortable with who I was and started to be more confident of who I was and how I looked. Since then, I've had some rough patches but have grown up even more and have started to not care…

Your mind will quit long before you body will... A quote one of my drill sergeants would say at Basic Training.

Plus, I've read in various magazines that exercising during your TOM is very effective in relieving cramps - it's just forcing yourself to go to the gym.
-
Maybe you should talk to your gyno about getting on the pill. When I was younger, I had cramps a few times where I had to go to the doctor because I thought something was majorly wrong. The doctor suggested birth control to help with cramping, reducing flow, etc. It helps - A LOT. Sometimes I still have to pop a few…

I tried cutting out carbs and I wasn't a very nice person some days plus I was always hungry, also. I have begun monitoring my carbs and making sure I don't pass what I'm allotted on MFP and have tried gradually cutting back - which has been working. But don't get me wrong, if I go to Olive Garden - I will eat a…

I keep vampires out and only allow positive people in my life. They need to be real, also. I have few true 'friends' but several associates who I enjoy being around. Plus it's cool to meet and hang out with people who are unique instead of all being the same.

I've used it and only did the one scoop as opposed to the 3 scoop serving. It's good and seemed to help me with recovery as well. My favorite was the chocolate and I started mixing it with unflavored almond milk which tastes as good as regular milk when mix. Mixing with water didn't go too well for me.

I like Rihanna, Britney Spears, LMFAO, (the list goes on and on)... any music that I could dance to works... that includes club music. I need upbeat, get up and move music. I use Pandora on my phone as I work out. If you're familiar with that, try Cyclone Radio - it has some great workout music.

Just a side note - be sure to take it under a doctor's care with a legit prescription. This along with Adipex/Bontril can cause a false positive on drug tests. I know with the company I work for, as long as you have a legit prescription from a physician, it's fine.

43 lbs down in 2 months sounds really good! Keep up the work and I'm sure you'll reach your goal weight. Just give it a little more time.

Try the padded seat. I was told because of the constant up-and-down with the seat, that you continuously bump and can cause a painful butt. If it's anything else besides a sore butt or that inner thigh area, I'm not sure what to tell you.

LMAO - too funny!

Sweet!

Thanks for the tips. I always keep minty gum around to chew to keep me from eating but never occured to me to pop a piece when temptation is around. Good luck dealing with the holidays and keep your head up. Looks like you've done a heck of a job already!
