Well my last couple of days have really sucked. I'm very disappointed in myself. On Monday I was going to have a cheat meal. Some how that turned into two full blown cheat days. Well I stepped on the scale this morning hoping for great things as I worked incredibly hard this week. It paid off. I went from 240lb to 232lb. -8 lbs week one!! So pleased 4 lbs was water weight but 4 lbs was actual weight loss. Soooo excited can't wait to see what next week bring:) if someone would be kind enough to add…

Day three- went well didn't get in any exercise but I'm exhausted. Just started back at work after a winter layoff. Just going to take some time to adjust. Food is on point and that 80% of the battle :)

Had an okay day yesterday food was on point but exercise sucked. Today is going better already got in my morning walk off to work shortly have all good prepped and ready to go.
