04/05 - 194.9 lbs 04/12 - 192.6 lbs 04/19 - 189.5 lbs = 3.1 lbs loss So I'm using my Sunday weight, which probably isn't any different from today's now that I twisted my ankle and cant workout at all...Ugh FML! :grumble: Hope everyone is feeling a lot less crappy this week than i do.....:ohwell: -Max

If i don't do it with the intention to 'exercise', then i don't log it as 'exercise'. Also, i like knowing that I've burned more calorie walking and doing household stuff than i recorded. It makes me less worried about all the little extras i randomly eat during the day and don't log, like gum, sweetners, or that extra…
