I truly feel blessed having stumbled upon this post. I have shed tears for some and been uplifted by many people on here. My prayers go out to both those struggling to find their way to God and those whose faith stand firm and steadfast. God bless you all :)

I'm not juicing personally but I did just make it through 1week of my protein shake diet/fast. It wasn't easy, but I'm committed! I have no goal in date in mind really, I'm just gonna keep going until I can't do it anymore, but I would ideally like to make it through 40days at least. Good luck!

Just started (again) with 130lbs to lose. Feel free to add me :)

Dude this is some frigging deep insightful s**t. Amazing that you have such self-awareness. Congratulations on your success and good luck!

On days off I do absolutely nothing. In fact it's a real chore to get my *kitten* up out of bed or off the couch. I bust my butt 6 days a week, so on my one day off all I do is watch my calories, other than that, I aint doing s**t lol.

I hope to be at my GW weight by New Years! That's 50lbs in roughly 6months. A bit of a stretch, but definitely doable, it's all about pushing myself!

I'm curious about these statements. I've read countless threads of people wagging their fingers and spitting fire on how you cannot increase muscle mass while on a calorie deficit. But if 520/800 calories a day isn't a deficit i don't know what is... Are these studies right in saying that strength training while on a diet…
