How much weight would you have lost by any of the following dates?
I'm starting this thread to say before hand what our goal is and maybe come back here on that date to see if we met the goal.

So, maybe reply with something like "I'll be 199 lbs by the superbowl". I hope this keeps us motivated. :drinker:

    By Jan 1st my goal is to be down 70lbs...I don't know if it is even possible but that is what I am shooting for and if I get great if not well we'll reevaluate at that time.

    I will have lost 5 pounds by the summer olympics (Olympics means nothing to me, so I'm going to use my daughter's birthday, which is the same week)
    I will have lost 10 pounds by the fall equinox.
    I will have lost 20 pounds by the winter solstice.

    Holy crap, I could reach my goal by next spring. Woo-hoo!
