Well you cant spot train, but i did read that losing 1inch off our waist is equivalent to losing 6lbs, so to lose 8inches you'll probably have to lose about 48lbs or more... Good luck!0

I just took 6in off my waist since February 29. P90x, intermittent fasting and tracking my food in MFP. Your goal is very achievable.0

How big is your waist now?
I don't think I can answer if it's possible without knowing where you're starting.
I mean, if you have a 40 inch waist now, it's probably possible.
If you're starting out at 30 inches, it may not ever be possible, depending on your body type.0
