I haven't ever done that particular program, but I have had days when I'm so sore from exercising the day before that I just can't push it. I think you should maybe take a slow walk, so you get SOME exercise, but I wouldn't push it and do the video again if it has made you that sore. Get back at it tomorrow!!!!

I weigh every day but I only count my Friday weigh-ins. That is, of course, unless I find a particularly delicious number on the scale in the middle of the week. Then I count it.

Depending on where you go, they might not even tattoo you if you've been drinking. The tattoo shop I go to makes you sign a waiver saying that you're not drunk or under the influence or anything and if they smell alcohol on you, they won't do it. Just my two little cents.
