I stayed the same this week. Went on a weekend trip with the hubby, and COMPLETELY undid the last week of work. Oh well, I'm back on it today!

When my hubby and I have (or adopt) our next baby, if it's a girl, we're naming her Loki Fae Grace. We know, it's a gamble...But I've been pretty set on that name since I was a little girl. :smile:

I would say move your activity level to active or even higher (is there a higher level?). That can be a really physically exhausting day.

I've been doing two lbs per week, but today, I'm REALLY hungry (that time of the month). I'm thinking of switching to 1 lb per week this week, and then switching back next week. Has anyone else done that before, or should I just stay constant at 2 lbs?

Well...I don't want to give it away, so Kim, don't look... Obesity in children. Like, a three-year old that weighs 80 pounds. I just feel so bad for these kids.

Hmm...I don't know anything about that then. Definitely don't overdo it!!! Try to incorporate some yoga, and maybe some pilates, if the doctor gives you the thumbs up. Pilates is pretty low-impact, and a good workout, I think.

Do exactly what you're doing, but drink TONS of water, and exercise your little heart out!!! Also, by the way, I think they'll love you just the way you are.

I agree. I've felt the same way recently, and it has almost turned me off of the message boards. But I'm going to stick it out and take everything with a grain of salt (is that the expression I want to use? I don't know), because everyone has helped me so much already, and I :heart: :heart: :heart: the community.

Totally not just your problem. I HATE sweating during a workout. I started interval training today (you know, run some, walk some) and when I got home I was drenched. I just ran straight into the bathroom to take a shower. I have to admit that it did feel good to be a little sweaty, but...I feel ya. I don't have any tips,…

I haven't joined this yet, but I'd like to!!! I have a (soon to be) one year old son, and am a SAHM. I'm doing really well with my weight loss, and started interval training today. Maybe someday I'll actually be able to run all the way around the block. (Well, here's hoping.) I hope it's okay that I join!

The only advice I have is that EVERYTHING changes once you move in together. I thought I had let it all go. I really haven't thought about them for a long long time. And then my friend called today and said something about it and...blah. I wish I could get along with them and talk with them and still be friends, but they are both pretty heavy into drugs and have two kids. And I REALLY don't agree…
