Agree with this, wholeheartedly. Unless other symptoms present ( vomiting,fever, rash), I would fill up on water for the rest of the day and flush it out!

Ive found recently its best to fuel your body first thing in the AM with protein. If you dont like sea food (which I dont either!) you can get the healthy fats from nuts instead. Think pepitas (high in potassium), peanuts (high in protein), really any kind you can find that arent roasted our salted because they naturally…

I, too, have this same HRM.. and find that its grossly less then what MFP says i burn. I'm wondering if it has something to do with not being able to program the resting hear rate. I have never been diagnosed with thyroid issues. How does one calculate their resting HR? Experts, advice??

Thanks for the input :) I have been doing primarily cardio workouts, which are great for burning fat. But I just worry that they aren't actually toning the muscles UNDER the fat. And as far as cream,I was looking for some kind of skin firming something-or-another, as my stretch marks have healed & now that I'm down 62lbs…

If you have a hard time patting 1200 calories, you could try drinking them. Chocolate milk is GREAT for your body after a good work out :)

I don't have recipe, but I'm sure you could Google one for brownies made with refried beans place of oil.. all the fiber you need, and no bean test ;)
