I'm 38, 5'4" and weigh 154 lbs and I usually burn 330 calories for 30 minutes on the elliptical (gradual level increase).

Actually, I had recently switched to butter b/c I was beginning to think that margarine really is garbage, but there are so many extra calories in butter! Is Brummel and Brown available in Canada?

I order Hamburger Happy Meals all the time and I've never been asked if it's for a child? In fact, all a Happy Meal is, is a hamburger, small fries and small drink (and a toy of course!)

Still haven't found my HRM watch and I had to get up early to take my daughter to emerg (pinkeye...ugh!) so no Shred for me today. Think I'll give my muscles a rest day today. My arms are feeling it since I upped my weights to 8 lbs.

Just finished Day 4 Level 1! With my 4 year old coaching me on! "Again, again, again - you can do it!!" Strangely, my calories burned is decreasing each day. My HR monitor only showed 189 calories burned today. It was 237 my first day. ??? And the burn in my thighs is much better. I think I'll move up to Level 2 on Monday.

I'm 157 lbs. and I typically burn about 220 doing Level 1 on the Shred.

I'm going to stick with Level 1 until I feel like I've mastered the moves with good form. I'm still struggling with the both sets of lunges. :(

So could I assume that 1 1/2 cups of the cooked penne is 600 calories? I'm just not sure how I would know how much 3/4 cup makes once it's cooked (b/c I'll be cooking the whole box for the whole family.)

I think someone posted on here about it being ok, b/c it is such a short workout and it's only 30 days. Certainly not something to be maintained.
