Here are some substitutes for bread: Cabbage or collard green leaf used as a wrap Ezekiel makes sprouted grain or sprouted corn wraps You can make a deconstructed sandwich salad and include whatever ingredients you would have put in your sandwich in the salad. If you want to include whole grains, add some quinoa.
