  • Wow, please don't be so hard on yourself. You are really trying and that is what counts. Some of us older folks with aches, pains and chronic injuries only wish we had the courage to do what you are doing. Keep at it.
  • Since I have been using this program consistently, I have lost weight. It really keeps me accountable. I struggle with doing the exercise part because it hurts to exercise, but I just do dancing and walking for now. I find that I eat consistent things every day and just keep a supply in the fridge. What are you struggles?
  • For the last 3 weeks I have begun drinking 2 litres of water a day. I drink ( 2) 500 ml bottles in the morning and then the other 2 (500 ml) after lunch, plus whatever else I am drinking. I think this has helped me to flush out toxins, etc. from my system. I gave up coffee and alcohol too, and don't seem to miss it too…
  • I understand completely! I am a type 2 diabetic and I crave sweets and carbs. Since I went to a naturopath and have made some big changes I don't crave sweets so much. In fact I have been "cheating" with date squares which aren't too bad. But I should stop this guilty pleasure if I want to reach my goals. Good luck to you.…
