I try and make a salad or have yogurt. Tillamook's Old Fashioned yogurt has become one of my favs. Sandwiches just aren't as filling for me.

I cook turnip greens and collards in water. Boiling them, then simmering them for a couple of hours. I add salt and red pepper to the mix and if you like a slice of bacon. I cover them with water and then simmer until only about a third of the water remains.

I drank two cups of coffee prior to a meeting I had this week. Coffee with creamer. Right before the meeting I realized I was jittery, amped up, but not in a good way.
