Is it still time to join? My scale told me that i haven't lost anything but yet I have lost 2inches around my waist??? So I am gonna bin the scale and just check with my trousers:laugh:

Hi everyone, No change for me either but lost 2 lbs. I am still at 100 crunches a day, I should try this week to up it to 150.

Hi, I would love to join, i really like the idea of giving myself goals and sharing results with you all. What a great idea! Ok so my waist size is now 32" and I have just done my first set of 100 crunches. Can anyone give me some tips on lunges as I am useless at doing them correctly. Thanks:happy:
