Mini victory for myself, I actually completed an entire workout on level 1 of the 30DS and I did not stop to take one break. This is such a HUGE accomplishment for me because I ALWAYS would put the weights down for a 8 count:sad: or take a knee and catch my breath:embarassed: and for the first time ever I completed an…

I deactivated my FB account months ago, in the past few days I will say that I am logging in more and more on the regular. MFP is the new FB! lol Plus, the people over here are way nicer. Plus I have the phone app so I can always log my calories and it helps when I can't log in on the web so my log in days add up too!…

I'm not an expert, but if you consistently exercise 6 days a week you would be considered active.

Good for you! you look great, keep up the good work!
-
Thats awesome! Congrats!

I get REALLY bad cravings the a few days to a week before, but I don't deprive myself because that's when I know I'll binge so I will eat a candy bar or something small but sweet to ease that. Then the week of I still get cravings so I have little 100 calorie snack cakes and peanut butter cookies to eat to help out.

Thanks for this! I'm marginally overweight by 6.6 lbs. Your ideal weight range-- 144 - 158.4 lbs. (65.5 - 72 kg.). --is based on a formula that calculates what a healthy weight is for most people of your height (68 inches) and frame size (Small). My goal is 145 so this sounds about right

I have the same problems too. I eat wayyy too much the next day after a workout and it seems like my brain is trying to sabatoge my body. :explode:

25 with 50 lbs...half way there lost 35 so far. Add me if you like!

That's so amazing and good for you! I've never had a problem telling people how much I weighed, even when I was heavier. People would assume I weighed less than I really did even though I was 200. But since I officially started losing weight last August, my boyfriend has known every pound every step of the way and has been…

My official weigh ins are Saturday mornings. As of this morning however I'm up 2 lbs, thanks to being a woman, so hopefully after some shredding and whatnot that water weight bloating will be blasted away. Congrats on everyone and their losses! Friday's my payday and I think I'm going to get a dvd or two off Amazon to add…

"Why are you trying to lose weight, you look great" "Don't lose anymore, you don't want to look like a stick figure, bobble head, Lindsey Lohan (lol)" "You're not fat, you just have a little belly, you can lose that by just running" "You can eat that, it wont hurt"
-
Way to go! I know that's a great feeling to have. Congrats!
-
GREAT WORK! Hats off to you for sticking to it and staying true to yourself. Congrats on your loss and thank you for posting this. A true success story yet!

This is a really inspirational story and proof that time, patience and dedication can work wonders. U look amazing and what a blessing for you to have your baby. That's a beautiful blessing from the man upstairs, showing ANYTHING is possible. Congrats to you!

Stick with it, like someone else said, movement counts. Its helping build muscle, and mixed in with that cardio to melt the fat, you will see results down the line. Patience grasshopper

Wow! She looks great! Inspiration indeed! Good for her!!!

Bump.. I would like to know of some 'knee-friendly' dvds as well. between 30DS and BFBM my knees are going to fight me. ...and affordable...college student on a budget here lol

When I first first started, I HATED Jillian with a passion. But it gets better, trust me. I took millions of breaks when I first started 30DS and screw that 5 second rule, if I can't breathe I can't breathe, soon as I catch my breath I would be right back in there. But do push yourself, you'll thank yourself later. Soon as…

I agree with the others, snack on something. Make the calories count. Depending on if you workout or whatever you do on the daily your body needs to run off fuel similar to your car. Even if you have to half you dinner or lunch to spead your cals throughout the day, do that, but don't ignore your hunger. Perhaps jello,…

LOOK AT YOUUUU! Congrats, you look great! Keep up the good work!

Thats wonderful! I have never taken my measurements as I usually go by the scale and my dress size. I think this go round I will, first - purchase some measuring tape, then second measure myself as I workout to see my overall accomoplishments. Every bit counts!
-
Congrats! That is so wonderful

What a wonderful feeling! Congrats! I know exactly what you feel like, I myself am now able to shop in the juniors department again! Way to go!!

Not at all. I've lost 35 pounds by walking constanly, doing home workouts and dvd's, I invested in some hand weights and an exercise ball. At the very beginning of my weight loss journey I would go to the gym in my apartments and use the elliptical but it started to get boring. So nope. No gym is needed to lose. I actually…

That IS a huge accomplishment. The small steps count in large ways. good for you

carrrieebear - that work challenge sounds awesome! I may try that out because it is so gloomy today and my desk just so happens to be surrounded by windows and I need a good pick me up to carry me throughout my day. Beckyjill7 - Looking forward to that weigh in on Wednesday! Don't feel too bad about that wedding cake, if…
