I have the FT4 and I love it, it makes me want to workout because I get to see how much I did each workout. And it is very easy to set up and it keeps track of your workouts.

I would have to agree and say that the side lunge with arm raises is my least favorite. My favorite would be the ab workouts.

There are some people who do 30DS back-to-back days, for me I had to do it every other day yet I did normal cardio on my rest days. One step at a time is all it takes, Rome wasn't built in a day ya know lol. Congrats!!! I can totally tell a diff in your upper. And I love love love the elliptical, when I workout at my school gym we have the Arc trainer which is actually my first fave followed by the elliptical, but you look great! Keep up the good work!
