I am getting muscle definition in my biceps but I don't feel like my triceps have tightened up any. I use 3 pound hand weights about once or twice a week and do push ups and triceps dips almost every day..please tell me that I won't have flabby yucky arms when I lose all my weight! haha

You might be getting used to them now, try some 5 pounds. Esp with you doing the dips and whatnot often.0

Just keep working them, and I am sure you will see results! Also, as you lose fat, it will be lost from everywhere on your body, including your arms, so that will help. Try doing tricep kick-backs. Slightly bend your knees, bend your torso slightly and keep your upper arms parallel with your body, and keep them against your sides. Bring the weights forward and squeeze the bicep, and then backward and tighten the tricep. Those have done wonders for my triceps. Also, you can work them by holding the dumb bells over your head and then bending your elbow so they go behind your head, and then lift them straight again. That really works them. Hope that helps!
Oh, and I use 5 lb weights, and I can really feel it with those. You may need to move up to a higher weight0
