Just as others have said you can't "target" a specific area, but I know running does help. Plus the programs mentioned above (circuit training, HIIT, etc). I've also been told that a lot of ab fat comes from what you eat as well.

Thanks! And yes, the jumprope really is a killer! I know that some people do each level past 10 days until they really get the hang of it. I say do what works for you. I like to skip around levels a lot too, however, Im scared to look at level 3. I don't think I'm ready for that yet lol

Yes, I love level 2 A LOT better than level 1. The thing is I've been doing shred off and on for a few months now, but I've figured out the key is to take your time and master the movements. Your heart rate will still go up and you will really feel the moves then as wel.
