Example: do you eat 1500 one day then 1650 the next and so on, but at the end of the week it still averages out?

Check out this user's blog AggieCass09

She explains it really well, has made a spreadsheet you can download from googledocs, she'll answer any questions you have. I just started zigzagging this week and i really like it so far. going to give it two weeks before I weigh or measure anything though.

I know I have a pal that does this I think 00taryn (sp?). She may have blogged about it (hope she doesn't mind me saying this) but it seems like a very detailed plan. There are some sites I've seen that explain this as well. *goes to check*

The blog will definitely explain it all. This website is where I got my schedule:

    Check out this calculator...

I have never done zig-zag dieting intentionally, but I have done some semblanc of it based on a three day average on occasion due to my own stupidity... (overate one day so made up for it by smoothing out the levels the next two)

    Hope this helps.
