I just did the fit test yesterday. So scared but excited to try Insanity for the first time. I lost 20 lbs since June doing spinning and treadmill so this type of exercise is new to me.

The pictures is what is motivating me as well and honestly just being healthy. I am slightly frustrated since have only lost 2 pounds since the beginning on this month working more than I ever had in the past. Hoping with more focus on calorie deficit I can lost more quickly.

Great idea for a post! Age: 26 Height 5'1'' SW: 165 CW: 162 GW: 125 (or whatever a size 6 is) I just started February 1st and hoping I can lose by the end of the year for my NY Resolution. I just signed up with a personal trainer so hoping that with that and this forum I can achieve the goal.
