@MinnieinMaine loved whatever you said, I am definitely new to exercise and also on my cycle. Could be I guess. Thanks. @LeanbutNotMean44....what do you mean that I should eat less than I burn? does it mean that if I burn 440 calories on Elliptical how much can I eat? Thanks Again guys
