Haven't even read the first portion of this thread yet, but wow. The condescending remarks are impressive in just this one little page.

I dunno, I don't really find it that ridiculous to want people on your friendslist thatyou have something in common with. But I'm probably one of those people you're complaining about because unless under very special circumstances, I don't accept friend requests at all.

I dunno, there's something about this pic I find completely awesome.

I love how no one actually read the article.

So effing glad this isn't another It Works body wrap thread.

I always weigh Quest bars. It's very rare for them to actually weigh 60g. They can vary as much as 10g either way, which is a huge difference.

No, don't think so. I never adapted my parents eating habits. As a kid I absolutely refused to eat most foods, and the eating habits of others had no affect on that. Never was a fan of my mother's cooking. The only thing that may have had an influence on my eating habits is that we were extremely poor, so treats were very…

Does it bring all the boys to the yard?

I'm going to go with no.

^This guy just said pretty much everything that I was going to, including those links. Definitely read Starting Strength, it's by Mark Rippetoe. It is invaluable for learning proper form. I honestly don't normally recommend New Rules of Lifting for Women. I actually completed the program. The book didn't really do much to…

Sometimes, real ice cream is just worth it. Just make it fit into your goals. I can think of zero reasons to ever eat Artic Zero. Not even worth the 150 calories for the pint.

This sounds like a question for a doctor. Asking medical advice from random internet strangers can be dangerous. Posts by members, moderators and admins should not be considered medical advice and no guarantee is made against accuracy.

If you are tracking your macros at all (protein/fat/carbs), sugar is included in carbs. There's no reason to count it twice. The sugar limit is set far too low on MFP and since it's already counted in carbs, I don't even check my sugar level. Unless you're diabetic, there's no reason you should. As far as sodium, it may…

Why on earth do you want to be a personal trainer? If you're qualified to become a personal trainer, why then are you not able to come up with your own routines? Isn't that what personal trainers do?

Lately I've been drinking a calorie free energy drink from the dollar store called Rip It. Despite the joke inducing name, I'm really pleased with them. They taste good and have 12.5mg/oz of caffeine compared to Monster's 10mg/oz of caffeine. Try it if they have them near you!

Asolutely. It's not because I became lax about dieting at all. It's because I have really strong self destructive tendencies that I haven't learned how to fix yet. I do it on purpose to make myself feel better, but then the opposite happens. Someday I'll get a handle on it. Till then, I'll do the best I can.

Is this a joke thread or do you (OP) have body dysmorphia? The calves in those photos are on the thin side of normal. Certainly by no means big. I've been plagued with rather large calves my entire life. At my thinnest, my calves have never been below 15" (38.1cm).

I would think endurance and strength training would be your best bet. Strength training probably being the most important as zombies are going to out-endurance you no matter what.

As someone who is 4' 10 1/2", this is true. I was told so by orthopedic surgeons. That 1/2" is really effing important!

4' 10 1/2". I really didn't want to relate to all of these, but I really do. Damnit. Except the Snookie thing. Never the Snookie thing.

This. From my understanding, Crohn's Disease doesn't just suddenly pop up from eating pizza once. It's an ongoing chronic thing.

I really don't care. Whatever has the most caffeine.

I've met one. I'd love to meet several more.

So... Yoga mats taste like hamburgers? Interesting.
