HI, after two babies I went up to 202lbs - I'm 5'2". I started dieting after my second child was born in September and am now 156 lost 46 lbs in that time. My first goal is 140lbs then hopefully another 14 lbs after that. That was my pre babies weight.

My polar monitor is about ten years old but still going strong. They are easy to use and compatible with most gym equipment.
