You look SO INCREDIBLE!! What a fabulous transformation! And you have the cutest little boy I have ever seen!

I've tried both. They are SO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. 30 Day - 20 minute workout. A good total(ish)-body workout, but a quick one. I continue to do the Shred on days I can't fit in a longer workout. P90X - mostly 75 minute workouts. Good workouts that focus on a couple of body parts at a time. You completely burn out those…

Great idea! I'm in!

First of all, I HIGHLY recommend working out in order to get more calories!! This is what has worked for me: Breakfast - 400 calories Lunch #1 (around 10:30) - 300 Lunch #2 (around 1:30) - 300 Dinner - 400 calories I realize that works out to 1400, but if you can't exercise I would cut everything by 50 calories. So…

Interval training will burn way more than any kind of steady-state cardio. I used to do 40 min on the elliptical and would burn around 250 calories, now doing intervals on the elliptical for 20 minutes I burn around 350.

They are different in the US because of the lax regulations on dairy. Most other countries are stricter about what cows are fed (and injected with).

This is a good point. The tracking & accountability are SO IMPORTANT! Good job to everyone who sticks with it!

Great thread! I can't wait to try some of these!

My usual suspects, mostly from Costco: - loads of fruit & veggies (whatever is in season and/or on sale) - chicken breasts - pork tenderloin - hummus - greek yogurt - unsalted nuts - almond (or natural peanut) butter - laughing cow - salmon

Totally agree. Keep going, it gets way easier to consume the amount of water you need! Honestly, water is one of the most important keys to weight loss. Can I offer some advice? Use a water bottle (750-1000ml) and make it a goal to drink one in the morning, one in the afternoon and another one at night. Add a forth for…

Try hummus & a cut up red pepper as a snack. It usually runs me about 100 calories and takes a but of time to eat :) Another 100 calorie snack option is an apple and a laughing cow light cheese.

Yup. That seems small to me. At 5'4" I was about 120 - 125 last time I was a size 4. At 132 right now I am a size 6-8.

I make sure to exercise in part to get more calories for the day. MFP gives me 1200 too, but with a workout I am usually allowed closer to 1600 - 1800 which is way more doable over the course of a day :)

Great post!

Thanks so much for mentioning this! I had no idea that you could do that :)

Absolutely! You definitely need to add some calories! For babies that are EBF and less than 6 months old - add 500 calories. For older babies who are eating some solids, 300-400 calories should do the trick. If you don't add these calories to your totals, the supply WILL tank.
