I always lose from the top down. So face, hands and collar-bone area first. Which is frustrating when you are pear-shaped and want to lose from the bottom, up!

I'm 28, pear-shaped and currently at 148. The goal I had set for myself was 135 but I recently talked to my doctor and she "encouraged" me to not go below 140 for a reasonably maintainable weight. So now I plan on 140 and then will just tone, tone, tone it up :)

I am 5'6" I used the Message Board option in tinypic so I thought they would be the right size. oh well! Oh and it looks like there are some weird lines on my body in the current pics....I had just finished working out and had clothes stuck to me that left marks! haha!

I bought it from Amazon and my bum bum dvd doesn't work either. It said it was like new but it's all speckled! I tried the Tummy Tuck video, wow! I like it because it was short (20 minutes) but hard!

i find celery, grapes, and apples to be very filling. And when I want something snacky, reduced-fat triscuits with laughing cow wedges. For breakfast I've been hitting up Subway a lot. The wheat english muffin with egg white, american cheese and veggies is only 150 calories and keeps me full for hours.

I'm right there with ya. I lose weight from the top down and am starting to feel too thin on top but still "fluffy" on the bottom half of my body. Speed walking really makes my hips burn so I'm trying to focus on that to tone up the lower half!

I count any calorie free drink as water but still try to drink at least 2 8 oz. glasses of plain water a day. I use the Nutrilite Twist Tubes and dilute them to 24 ounces instead of 16 as recommended. Just enough flavor for me!
