  • During my first round of CLX I believe I did Turbo Jam workouts for cardio sometimes to mix it up. Second round I used TurboFire and now this third time I will be using me indoor cycling class as my only cardio (3x per week) Do what works for you. I get tired or cardio dvds quickly so I like to mix it up to stay motivated.
  • I signed up for the "light" version and just got my first box last week. The stuff inside was delicious (notice I say "was", it's all gone!) and everything in mine was 100 calories or less. But the packages are very small. I don't know if it is worth $5 to me so I'm thinking of cancelling.
  • Add each item individually and then save it as a Meal. That way, the next time you eat a big salad like that you can just add it and adjust as necessary. Vegetables do have calories so I wouldn't recommend counting them as free like WW.

  • I didn't really like it either. I feel like it only focuses on the muscles that can be made visible quickly, light the shoulders, if that makes sense. But...I did it anyway and now I'm working on my second round of the program. I in the 3rd week of Push and not looking forward to moving on to Lean.

I'm not sure if this makes sense but I feel like this circuit puts a lot of focus on the areas that are the easiest to see muscle definition in a short period of time.   • My favorites are ChaLEAN Extreme & Turbo Jam. I have done 30DS in the past and got results but it is definitely tough on the knees and I got bored with doing the same workout over and over. I like CLX & TJ because there are so many different workouts.
