Tried that whole roasted spicy cauliflower recipe that has been floating around FB for a while now. WAYYY to spicy and too al dente for my taste. Definitely will be making changes to the recipe next time. pork chop and cauliflower

But your imagination is your limit. You can stir fry with other veggies and meats. I did not use any seasoning on it because my sauce had seasoning. I have also had friends put it in boiling water like you would pasta for a minute or two, then drain well. I don't like to do that because it tends to get mushy,

They both were very creamy. There is a restaurant Called Homeroom in Oakland CA that specialized in Mac N Cheese. (its their entire menu) They have the recipe pat down. We don't go there often(for Obvious reasons) but holy hell they are good!!
