Solid post! Sweet potato tater tots sounds so simple yet delicious. I've never heard of such a thing/tried it. Only ever had regular tater tots. Sorry I misread your questions the corn is actually stove top stuffing with a half a cup of frozen corn mixed in. I dont like stuffing unless it has corn in it. weird i know.
