Accomplishment for the evening. There is no finer soup to be had anywhere than my chicken soup. My broth is liquid ecstasy. Fact.

I LOVE eggs benedict. If it's on a menu, chances are I'm getting it.

Quick Dinner: tilapia taco with shredded cheese, greek yogurt, and sriracha. Side of sauteed hominy, tomatoes, and onion

What is quark? Some sort of dairy product similar to yogurt?

Yeah, its like a spoonable cheese, similar texture to greek yogurt, high in protein and better tasting imo. My favorite brands are Siggi's and Elli quark, google them

It's actually a roti recipe that I use.
    3/4 c all purpose flour
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp salt.
Mix the oil with the flour then add cold water tiny bits at a time until it comes together in a soft ball. Let rest for 45 minutes. Divide into 3 sections and on a floured board pat into a thin circle (or use a rolling pin, but that toughens them a little). It makes 3 large burrito sized tortillas. Toss one at a time into a screaming hot pan (I use a non stick pan with no spray or anything) when it starts to brown in spots flip it over.

They dry out a bit if left over night in the fridge. I fold them in quarters and store in a baggie. The next day I can pull one out and nuke it for 15-20 seconds to soften it up so it won't crack when try to unfold it.

(Half the dough made the 3 small tortillas in the picture)

    Half the dough =
Calories Carbs Fiber Sodium Protein Potass.

ETA: The pork recipe was from here: http://damndelicious.net/2014/10/10/slow-cooker-pork-carnitas/
