Dinner - Fried egg sandwich on whole wheat english muffin with cheddar and mayo. Sides of cucumber, red bell pepper, macaroni salad and raspberries.

Super simple
Roast diced pumpkin, puree, add white Miso and brown butter solids, pasta water, blend till smooth. Heat over low heat, throw barely Al dente pasta in the pan to finish cooking, plate, drizzle brown butter over it all

Vietnamese rice paper rolls filled with vegetables and vermicelli noodles with a sweet and sour dipping sauce
King prawns with bulgar wheat, soy beans, red onion, red bell peppers and parsley
Chia seed and buckwheat pizza base topped with home made tomato sauce, goats cheese, red onion, chicken and basil.
Salmon with borccoli and sweet potato mash. The mash was made by steaming chopped sweet potato, mashing with a bit of almond milk and seasoning with dried mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Delicious!

Pork chop, kumara, vietnamese salad.
I tried the 'baileys in marshmellow shot glasses' thing that's going around on facebook at the moment. It was a fail, so I was forced to float the marshmallows in baileys and milk.
Satay chicken (or 'chicken on a stick' as my son calls it), kumara, coleslaw.
Ribs cooked in rum and pears with mashed potato (with garlic, spinach and corn).
Birthday flan.
Chicken breast, salad, potatoes.

All of this food looks amazing! Hopefully this works... I've never posted a picture here.
I cut up pork chops and butternut squash. Threw it in a crock pot with onions, garlic, maple syrup, 1/2 cup of dark beer, and salt/pepper.

Dinner - Honey roasted turkey sandwich on whole wheat with tomato, onion, mushroom, spinach, provolone, mustard and mayo. Dessert was a small Gala apple with caramel dipping sauce.
