    Last night's dinner leftovers for lunch today.

    Grilled turkey tenderloin in garlic herb marinade, some packaged butter noodles, and roasted mixed vegetables.

    It's the five color groups in there!! :D I'm basing it off of Japanese 5 element colors in food. Red, blue/purple/black, green, yellow/brown/orange, and white. Eat every color at every meal for a nutritionally balanced "pretty" diet. :P

    K noob question here - what's the diff between honey and bee pollen?! Just that bee pollen is unprocessed?

  • @jkwolly bee pollen are like tiny powdery chunks.. I'm not entirely sure where they come from in the honey making process though! How was your juice cleanse??

  • Sushi bowl salad! carrot, cucumber, avocado, brown rice, edamame, nori strips and a dressing made out of tamari/tahini/wasabi/lemon juice. Scooped up and eaten in some big cos lettuce leaves!

    AHH gotcha thanks, I ended googling. Turns out it's just unprocessed and hasn't gone through the filtration, etc, that normal honey does!
    Does it taste the same?

    Lunch:
    baby spinach, radish, cherry tomato, carrot and celery, with vinaigrette. Served with cottage cheese, fish cakes (closest English word for it anyway) and some peanut butter cups to add a bit of fat and sugar.

    Wish I would not have chosen a green plate for a salad picture, but oh well.

    Mixed green and spinach salad with goat cheese, grilled turkey tenderloin, parmesan pepper nut clusters and bolthouse creamy basil greek yogurt dressing. Garlic herb bread broiled with butter and parmesan cheese also.

    1/2 a grilled chicken burrito with Spanish rice, onions, romaine lettuce, salsa and a little sour cream; mixed greens salad with chopped tomato, cucumber, mushroom, parm cheese and turkey; strawberries.
