Leftover squash/pork and a salad. Nothing terribly exciting. Not feeling the greatest tonight, so I wasn't inspired to actually cook, lol.

Avocado noodles with an Asian twist!
Stuffed baked apple with vanilla ice cream! First time attempt, I will be making this a lot more from now on. Stuffing--grinded up steel cut oatmeal, blended with dried dates, mixed with walnuts, peanuts, flaxseed, raisins, and dried apricots, and cold butter. Yum

Went for a run including this bad boy this morning, it's called "jacobs ladder" in Perth and its a killer leg workout!
Then refuelled with this: vanilla protein oats with pb2, blueberries, dried mulberries, flaked almonds, bee pollen, honey and sea salt (400 cal, 33P, 51C, 7F)

Rib eye steak, crab mac n cheese and roasted cauliflower
Sauteed cabbage and Italian sausage

Halloween potluck day at work today (breakfast and lunch), and I ate way too much...but it sure was good. If I have any dinner tonight, it will just be a little yogurt!
Breakfast - Mini quiches, deviled eggs, a chip loaded with with some yummy homemade guacamole, some kind of sweet roll, cookies.
Lunch - Chicken and beans, a cream cheese pinwheel, baked mac and cheese, cocktail weenies wrapped in bacon, a couple chips with more of that yummy guacamole, grapes and berries, spinach salad with strawberries and almonds, and an Oreo cookie brownie. They had the brownie platter made up to look like a graveyard.

We went to the Macaroni Grill. Spaghetti & meatballs, brocolli rabe, green salad. Does one person ever eat that many meatballs in one sitting?! Enough for 2 meals, with a couple meatballs left over for my dog.
