Not the fanciest or prettiest dinner but definately one of the tastiest. Braised short ribs with orzo. Don't mind the poor neglected puppy eyeballing my dinner. don't know why tiny pic turned it around. anyone know hoe to turn it right side up?

Thanks the fish is breaded with panko crumbs and almond meal and pan fried in coconut oil. You can do the same with chicken. I also season my bread crumbs, salt pepper, and garlic . The mashed is Idaho instant made with half and half and chicken stock.

Sounds delish will deft be trying them probably add some manchego cheese as well.

I wish I could take credit for the yumminess that it tasted like but I didn't make it, we went out to a small local restaurant . Great food . The tiramisu melted in your mouth!! Very reasonable prices too. They use organic local products whenever possible.
