Hello Everyone! New to the group and been with MFP since January. I have fallen in love with LS walks and totally want in on this challenge! will start tracking tomorrow! I am going to aim for 60 miles.

I love my morning coffee and I take it with milk and a little bit of International Delight Hazelnut creamer for a touch of flavour and sweetness. Enjoying it just like this at this very moment ;) When I go out, for coffee, I sometimes splurge and get cream and one half sugar in it. That is not very often, but I enjoy it.

You will love those workouts!! I just bought 30 Days a couple of weeks ago and I am enjoying it. I have had 5 Day Walk Plan for about 4 months and it is one of my favourites! I definitely want to purchase the latest dvd too.

I do eat microwave meals too sometimes, when I need something quick and easy. They are just convenient, low calorie (I usually eat WW Smart Ones) and taste pretty good for a frozen meal. Keep up the good work and good for you, for sticking to your plan!

So how was your Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer? :wink: Honestly, there are times when I get weird looks from my own family when I choose to eat something else because I want to eat healthier.
