I would strongly recomend kitchen safe with time lock. Take a portion and sight away put the rest in the container and set the lock for whenever you feel its ok to have another portion. Its a life saver. I keep all my sweets there, open in the morning when my will is the strongest and set the time lock for next 24 hrs.

You look fantastic! You are beautiful!

I have no solutions - just an observation. When you get your exercise on - its on! Maybe thats too ambitious and you burn out quickly. Good luck to you !

All smart comments here. If I could add one thing - don't compromise your sleep/rest time for the sake of exercise! Sleep apnea is a serious problem but it may sort it self out with weight loss. All the best to you!

I haven't exercised at all in all 8 months of my weight loss. On average I have a loss of 3.5 kg a month, which is 7.7 lbs. 1200 kcal diet and clean eating. No junk food. Its possible, specially if exercise makes you miserable. Good luck on your journey! Stay positive.

Daily. Its hard at the beginning not to react emotionaly if the numbers are disappointing. However, with time you will get use to it and, as many of you mentioned, better understand how your body works.

Well done. Congrats.

I feel your pain. I haven't seen my BFF for few months and I have lost over 10 kg (22 lbs) in that time. She said nothing. When I pointed it out to her she confirmed my worst fear - she couldn't see it. So far I have lost 27 kg (59 lbs) and only few people noticed. I would get a comment like - You look good - what did you…

I dont exercise at all. Tried the gym at the beginning of my weight loss, at 105 kg, didn't lose any weight for a month.
