  • I have run in to the same thing. To combat I track weight and inches. Sometimes the scale doesn't move but the measuring tape does, Stick with it and you'll get through it!

  • I've done some research on this as I started using kettlebells. You can expect to burn 15-20 calories per minute. I do Bob Harper's Kettlebell basics-Body Shred Workout. Kettlebells gives you great strength training mixed with cardio.
